I Don't Know What To Do Anymore.
Okay so Chantelle does not sleep through the night anymore. I swear she wakes up at least 4 times a night now. I don't know how to get her to sleep through the night. If I let her cry she cries for about 2 hours and then I just get up. Is so hard...I don't know what to do. Help me. Give me some pointers please. I can't go without sleep anymore. Grrr. I am so tired all the time. Someone give me some advice. I mean I feed her food before bed. I give her a bath before bed. I do everything you can think of and she still wont sleep. I don't know what else to do for her, and I can't take it anymore. If anyone has any advice please share. I am so ready for her to just sleep at night.

First you need to figure out what she is waking up for! Is she hot/cold, pooped/wet, does she want to wake up for you to fix something or does she want to wake up to play? Maybe her jammies are too small or there is a collar on them that she hates. I would actually start with that. Buy her some cotton jammies with no collars. Stay away from fleece jammies because if you sweat in them then they itch. Make sure that she is changed and fed before she goes to bed. If she wakes up... do not let her cry for more than 10 minutes. She does need to know that you will take care of her. Get up, address the issue (change her diaper or whatever she needs) kiss her, tell her you love her and put her back in her bed. Do not rock her to sleep or stay up with her until she passes out! She must learn to fall asleep independantly. But really the key is WHAT IS WAKING HER UP and can you fix it?
Oh and terry cloth jammies are itchy too...
It's so hard when they are so little and you have no idea what is going on...my kids would not sleep at night once they started teething...brayden took awhile to get back on schedule while my other boys all had a rough coulple of weeks and then just went back to normal...so maybe she's teething, maybe she's going through a crazy growth spurt...It won't last forever, but I do know how frustrating it is to get sleep and then not...good luck!
